What To Expect

Here’s what to expect when you contact us about your next project:

  1. We schedule an initial call to discuss the work you’d like us to perform.
  2. If we’re the right fit for your project needs, we schedule an in-person estimate at your location.
  3. Within 3 days of our visit, we email you a written estimate. Estimates are valid for 30 days of issue and include terms and conditions that you accept when approving the estimate.
  4. You’ll be prompted to pay a deposit of 20% to cover material costs. Deposits are typically paid using credit card but can be paid by ChasePay, Venmo, or mailed check if preferred.
  5. Upon deposit receipt, your work appointment is scheduled.
  6. Work is performed. If the scope of work is greater than what was estimated due to unforeseen issues, you are consulted before further work in completed.
  7. We walk through the completed work with you to ensure your satisfaction.
  8. An invoice is issued. Payment is due upon receipt unless other arrangements have been made.

Please note: All work comes with a one-year warranty on labor.
